Are you passionate about managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and collaborating closely with Operations? At LPS Grupo, we are seeking a Procurement Analyst to optimize the service and material supply chain, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement within the department. **Job Mission** Ensure comprehensive and strategic management of the end-to-end procurement cycle (S2C \+ P2P), guaranteeing that each process contributes to meeting project timelines, budgets, and objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the end-to-end Procurement (S2C \+ P2P) lifecycle aligned with project timelines, budgets, and standards. * Execute **sourcing processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP)**: preparation of tender documents, LPU, evaluation criteria, technical\-economic comparisons, and TCO analysis. * Conduct supplier qualification and legal/tax due diligence in Chile. * Manage supplier relationships (**SRM**): onboarding, performance monitoring, and improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and anti\-corruption standards. * Maintain documentary traceability and audit support. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with project teams: WBS, schedule, risks, costs, and communications. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and best practices. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization efforts, and e\-procurement processes. * Incorporate sustainability/ESG criteria into procurement where applicable. * Coordinate with various internal departments to understand requirements and ensure accurate acquisition of goods and services. * Maintain up\-to\-date documentation on contracts and transactions. * Monitor internal satisfaction regarding acquired services. **Requirements** * **3 years of experience** in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain roles within Telecommunications. * Experience in procurement for Fixed Network infrastructure projects. * Solid understanding of S2C and P2P cycles. * Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management. * Advanced proficiency in **Power BI**. * Experience in cross\-functional project work involving multiple departments. **If you have procurement experience and mastery of end\-to\-end processes, we want to meet you!** Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * What is your availability? * Do you have Power BI expertise to manage procurement KPIs and reports? * In which sectors have you worked?
