Requirements * University or technical graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. * Must be a recent graduate with availability to undertake professional internships. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or logistics processes is desirable. * Strong organizational, negotiation, and follow-up skills. * Proactive attitude, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. * Availability to work on-site. Responsibilities * Manage quotation requests with suppliers. * Prepare comparative tables of prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Track purchase orders until material receipt. * Maintain the supplier master list and related documentation up to date. * Support the search, evaluation, and qualification of new suppliers. * Coordinate with various departments to promptly address procurement requirements. * Assist in monitoring KPIs and generating departmental reports. * Comply with internal procurement policies and procedures.
