PRODUCTION OPERATORS – ETTERNIT LIMA FACTORY **P\&C Yaranga S.A.C.** is currently seeking **07 Production Operators** to work at **Eternit Lima Factory**. Work Location Eternit Lima Factory – Lima. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Experience in production, warehouse, construction, or similar roles (preferred). * Immediate availability. * Responsible, punctual, and willing to work on the factory floor. Responsibilities * Support production process activities. * Handle and transport materials. * Package products. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. * Comply with safety procedures. Compensation and Benefits * **Salary:** S/ 1,350 per month. * **S/ 7 daily food allowance.** * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * **Service contract during the evaluation period (3 months).** * **Upon successful completion of the evaluation, formal employment under the MYPE labor regime, granting corresponding benefits including bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation, and family allowance (if applicable).** * Potential salary increase based on performance. Schedule **Monday to Saturday** **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.** (Any hours beyond this are considered overtime.)
