Control of input usage and reporting of incidents. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Production Operator for a raw material processing plant (PROTEINS). The candidate will be responsible for executing productive process activities, operating and supervising machinery, controlling input usage, and reporting any incidents that may affect production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive raw materials, inputs, and goods entering the workshop. * Transport and move raw materials, products, and inputs within the production area. * Assist in various stages of raw material processing according to established instructions. * Operate and assist in handling production machines and equipment, following prior training. * Maintain an orderly and clean workplace, machinery, and tools used. * Follow production instructions and procedures established by the company. * Immediately report any machinery malfunction, accident, incident, shortage of inputs, or production-related issue. * Perform other production-related tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the workshop. **Job Conditions:** * **Rotating shifts.** * **Meals covered by the company.** * **Formal employment under the MYPE regime.** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
