Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn are highly valued. **PRODUCTION OPERATOR – INDUSTRIAL PLANT** **Amazon Plast SAC** is currently seeking personnel to join our production team. **Requirements** * Age between **18 and 45 years**. * Experience is not required. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Availability to work in **Independencia – Lima**. **Responsibilities** * Slit the master roll according to specified dimensions. * Configure the machine according to the production order. * Verify proper winding and film tension. * Identify and segregate non-conforming products. * Record completed production. * Calibrate the slitting machine according to required measurements. * Execute the slitting process according to the roll code. * Perform palletizing and carefully arrange products on the pallet. * Verify correct product identification, labeling, and packaging. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Work Schedule** * Full-time. * Standard shift: **7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.** * Paid overtime. * Availability for rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Formal employment under the **MYPE Tax Regime**. * Statutory labor benefits (50% under the MYPE regime). * **100%** company-covered meals. * Ongoing training and learning opportunities. * Positive work environment. **Join Amazon Plast SAC and become part of a growing Peruvian company!** Interested candidates may submit their CV indicating the position: **Production Operator**.
