At **Ciren S.A.C.**, we seek someone eager to dive deeply into operations and help us organize, improve, and scale our team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Administer **basic payroll records** (attendance, payment tracking, and shift schedules).
* Maintain records of health certificates, insurance policies, mandatory documentation, vacations, and staff leave.
* Manage and update **personnel files**.
* Monitor **uniforms and PPEs**. Supervise and replenish first-aid kits across locations.
* Conduct staff recruitment and selection.
* Support basic HR reporting (e.g., turnover, attendance).
* Organize and improve internal processes (e.g., onboarding, documentation).
* Coordinate inductions (safety, health, company culture).
* Monitor workplace climate and collect staff feedback.
* Perform other related tasks as required.
**Requirements:**
* Student or graduate in **Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**.
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in similar roles (internships or employment) \- Preferred.
* Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel is essential).
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
