Provide training to internal and external clients A leading national company in occupational health solutions is looking for top talent to join its team as an Occupational Psychologist. REQUIREMENTS: * 2 years of experience * Licensed and registered with the professional association * Proficiency in psychological tests * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Availability to work in San Isidro, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. FUNCTIONS: * Apply psychological tools (measurement/assessment/projective and non-projective) to employees of assigned operations. * Correct and interpret results. * Prepare specific assessments and reports according to client company requirements. * Provide training to internal and external clients on topics related to the specialist's field. * Review, innovate, and improve the psychological tools used at each site or client company.
