Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Architecture. * Minimum experience: 2 years in quality control for **multifamily** projects. * Proficiency in CAD and OFFICE tools. * Knowledge of construction processes during structural shell and finishing stages. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and implement the Quality Plan, Inspection Point Plan, and established operational procedures. * Monitor compliance with the Quality Plan, procedures, and records, preparing corresponding reports. * Inspect materials and equipment received on site, ensuring they meet required documentation and quality specifications. * Prepare project progress reports, as well as weekly and/or monthly quality reports requested by the client, including supporting documents (certificates, records, non-conformance reports, etc.). * Report weekly on the status of documentation required for the project’s quality dossier and deliver records generated during execution. * Prepare, submit, and follow up until approval of the project’s quality dossier. * Manage and maintain control of RFIs, submittals, protocols, and other related documents. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
