A leading food concession with over 10 years of experience providing catering services to hospital networks is currently seeking: **QUALITY SUPERVISOR** Work Location: Sabogal Network, Rebagliati Network, MINSA, and other service units. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday or Sunday (as scheduled): 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Requirements: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Industry Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising quality in food concessions, hospitals, clinics, or collective catering services. * Knowledge of GMP, PHA, HACCP, current sanitary regulations, and quality control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with sanitary regulations and quality standards across all sites. * Inspect storage areas, refrigeration and freezing chambers, as well as correct implementation of the FIFO system. * Train staff on quality and food safety topics. * Develop training materials, assessments, and supervision reports. * Supervise operational processes and implement corrective actions on-site. * Monitor GMP and PHA records at service units. * Track health certificates, medical clearance documents, and supplier documentation. * Manage quality indicators and update system forms. * Evaluate performance of operational and warehouse staff. * Support receiving and sampling activities when required. * Other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
