Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our center, managing clients, appointments, payments, and the medical team’s workflow.

We seek a proactive, organized individual capable of maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor even during peak demand periods.
As the center’s first point of contact, you will serve as a direct bridge between the medical team and clients, directly contributing to a professional, warm, and orderly experience during every visit.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet and assist clients and their pets warmly, empathetically, and professionally.
* Manage the appointment schedule in real time (scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling).
* Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, timelines, and costs.
* Process payments, issue receipts/invoices, and manage cash handling during client visits.
* Register patients and update clinical records promptly and accurately.
* Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other communications efficiently and with timely follow-up.
* Coordinate patient flow with the medical team to prevent disorganization or bottlenecks.
* Maintain an organized, efficient, and center-aligned reception area.
**Requirements:**
* 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, cashier duties, or operational administrative roles.
* Experience handling payments, invoicing, and daily cash management.
* Proficiency with digital tools (Excel / CRM / scheduling systems / WhatsApp Business).
* Ability to clearly and confidently explain service offerings and associated costs.
* Ability to work effectively under constant client flow while maintaining order and courtesy.
* Affinity for animals.

**Conditions**
* Schedule: Mon–Fri: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
* Saturdays: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
