Ongoing training and career path At AX Archery, we seek a dynamic, proactive individual with excellent communication skills for the reception area, to advise our prospects and accompany them throughout their entire customer service process. You are motivated to connect with people and achieve goals — we want to meet you! **SCHEDULE:** * **Friday:** 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM * **Saturday:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * **Sunday:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **SALARY:** S/ 580.00 - S/ 600.00 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Support at reception, attendance registration, and equipment distribution.** * **Contact leads and prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels** to provide information about our programs. * **Manage social media and digital customer service channels,** responding to inquiries promptly and conducting commercial follow-up until visits or enrollments are confirmed. * Cash handling and POS operation. * Register and update prospect and customer information in the CRM. * Perform other duties related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year student or recent graduate in **Administration, Psychology, Communication, Sports Journalism, Education, or related fields** * Prior experience in **Customer Service, Sales, or Reception (minimum 3 months).** * Excellent appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **BENEFITS:** * **Payroll contract.** * **Training** and continuous support. * **Career path** * **Bonus** for commercial targets and performance after the probationary period. * Opportunity for professional development in a growing sports environment.
