Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible receptionist with a strong service orientation to deliver excellent guest service, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Main Responsibilities: \-Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures. \-Manage reservations via telephone, digital platforms, and messaging channels. \-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues in a courteous manner. \-Operate the billing system, perform daily cash reconciliation, and issue shift invoices. \-Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room availability. \-Maintain and clean the work area (reception). \-Monitor and record inventory of supplies or products used in the department. Requirements: \-Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. \-Availability to work rotating shifts (morning and night). \-Prior experience in customer service or similar roles (preferred). \-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
