Results-oriented approach, organization, and follow-up I am looking for recruitment talent On behalf of my client in the Telecommunications Sector, I am currently searching for a Talent Attraction Analyst with experience in mass recruitment, primarily for operational positions (call center). What will be your role? · Manage recruitment processes from start to finish · Publish and activate talent attraction channels · Screen and interview candidates · Validate profiles and conditions · Follow up until onboarding (Day Zero) · Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective onboarding Requirements: · Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment · Experience in call centers or high-turnover roles (preferred) · Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields · Intermediate Excel skills (preferred) · Strong results orientation, organizational skills, and follow-up ability Conditions On-site work (Magdalena / Colonial) Formal employment contract with statutory benefits Dynamic work environment with rapid career progression If you are interested or know someone matching this profile, please tag them or send me your CV \+ salary expectation.
