Requirements * Bachelor's degree and/or license in Psychology. * Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume selection processes. * Proficiency in job boards and various recruitment sources, competency-based selection techniques, and group dynamics. * Strong knowledge of personnel selection techniques. * Experience in service, mass-consumption, or retail companies.
