We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant with experience in mass recruitment and strong results orientation, dynamism, and experience in high-volume processes to ensure continuous onboarding of operational talent. At our company, we are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant \| IT and Call Center sector to join our team. If you are passionate about human resources and enjoy the challenge of identifying and selecting top professionals, this role is perfect for you! ***Schedule:*** * Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM * Hybrid position in the district of San Isidro ***Responsibilities:*** * Post and manage job openings across various employment portals and social media platforms (Bumeran, Indeed, institutes, municipalities, among others), performing candidate resume screening. * Execute recruitment and selection processes through telephone interviews, competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and other selection tests. * Implement mass recruitment strategies via digital and in-person channels (fieldwork, job fairs, and referral programs). * Conduct active candidate outreach via telephone calls, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring timely communication throughout the entire process. * Coordinate assessments and subsequent stages of the selection process with internal departments, tracking and supporting candidates until onboarding. * Manage and maintain an updated candidate database ***Requirements:*** * Psychology graduate or bachelor's degree holder. **(Mandatory)** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in mass recruitment and selection (IT or Call Center). * Proficiency in psychometric assessments. (Mandatory). * Proficiency in job boards and social media for recruitment. (Mandatory). * Experience in field recruitment, job fairs, or candidate outreach. (Preferred).
