Job Summary: Talent Management Consultant responsible for recruitment and selection, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and evaluations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinating psychometric and technical evaluations TALENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT **Requirements:** · Completed studies in Psychology · Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection · Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Post job openings on various job boards and professional networks. * Screen resumes according to required profiles. * Conduct competency-based interviews. * Coordinate psychometric, technical, and competency-based evaluations. * Conduct employment references for finalist candidates. * Prepare reports.
