Job Summary: We are seeking a Relief Guard for a building in Magdalena del Mar, responsible for concierge duties, surveillance, access control, and general maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performs the concierge position 2. Surveillance via cameras and patrols 3. Knowledge of general maintenance (all-around) We require personnel to fill the **Relief Guard** position in a **Magdalena del Mar** building; preference is given to **MALE** candidates over 26 years old, productive and responsible, residing in nearby areas, serious individuals with immediate availability and knowledge of general maintenance (all-around). **Responsibilities:** * Fills in for concierge staff * Surveillance via cameras * Delivery of packages to residents, visitor registration, etc. * Conducting building patrols * Enforcing building cohabitation rules **Schedule:** * 4 days per week, 8-hour shifts \+ overtime (concierge position) **Additional Information:** * Uniform, photo ID card, and on-the-job orientation regarding duties will be provided from day one, **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits under the MYPE regime * Monthly salary deposited directly into a payroll account * 6 days of vacation * Enrollment in AFP or ONP * Payroll registration from day one * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS * Mandatory life insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
