Apply lifting signals and safety regulations **RIGGER OPERATOR – CAJAMARQUILLA REFINERY** A prominent company in the mining and construction sector is seeking a **Rigger Operator** for a project at the **Cajamarquilla Refinery**, located in **Huachipa – Lima**. **WORK LOCATION** Cajamarquilla Refinery – Huachipa, Lima **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Saturday, according to site schedule **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform lifting and rigging operations in accordance with established procedures. * Inspect the condition and certification of lifting accessories prior to each operation. * Maintain constant coordination with crane operators and supervision. * Correctly apply lifting signals and safety regulations. * Comply with the project’s health, safety, and environmental standards. * Report unsafe conditions and support continuous process improvement. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of **3 years’ experience** as a Rigger in industrial, construction, mining, or refinery projects. * Knowledge of lifting equipment and accessories (slings, chains, shackles, hooks). * Knowledge of safety and load-lifting regulations. * Availability to work **Monday to Saturday**. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration in accordance with Peruvian labor law. * On-site lunch provided. * Job stability and a positive work environment.
