We are a fashion retail company operating under the brand Pepuño (IG: @pepuno.men). We are currently recruiting young professionals aged 18 to 30 for in-store CUSTOMER SERVICE positions at our clothing store in Gamarra. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 months of work experience in sales, product promotion, and customer service. * Sales closing skills. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability to work from store opening to closing. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promote and execute garment sales in-store, following established procedures. * Inspect, receive, and steam products. * Monitor and prevent potential theft or loss. * Manage inventory and restocking. * Maintain store cleanliness and order, plus other duties inherent to the role. * Access to training and career progression opportunities. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Sundays: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with weekday breaks) * Employment type: Full-time. * Compensation: Base salary + commissions, brand discounts, and performance bonus.
