Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Advisor for our showroom to provide personalized service, identify customer needs, advise on the purchasing process, and contribute to commercial objectives. Opportunity to foster customer loyalty and represent a recognized brand. We seek a dynamic, responsible, and commercially oriented individual to join our **Showroom Sales and Customer Service team**. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized service, identify each customer’s needs, and advise them throughout the purchasing process—offering suitable alternatives aligned with our products and services. This position entails **in-person and digital-channel customer service, commercial advisory services, quotation preparation and follow-up, sales closure, and post-sales follow-up**, thereby contributing to the achievement of commercial goals and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve and advise customers in the showroom. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. * Manage inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. * Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers. * Close sales and contribute to achieving commercial targets. * Maintain updated records of customer information and sales opportunities. * Conduct post-sales follow-up. * Maintain an orderly and professional showroom appearance. * Coordinate with warehouse, administration, and other departments to ensure proper service delivery. * Accurately represent the image and values of MELANOVAX. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** communicative, proactive, organized, responsible, skilled at interacting with customers, capable of negotiation, and goal-oriented. Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, finishes, decoration, construction, or related products is highly valued. **Position Objective:** transform every customer interaction into an opportunity for advisory support and sales—building trust, fostering loyalty, and delivering service experiences aligned with MELANOVAX’s identity.
