Job Summary: Manage the promotion and leasing of spaces, acquire and retain customers, and ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the promotion and leasing of spaces. 2. Acquire and retain customers through commercial strategies. 3. Analyze competition and propose service improvements. Manage the organization's space promotion and leasing activities by acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and monitoring the commercial process, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and attainment of sales targets set by General Management. Requirements: \- Technician or professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sales Executive. Responsibilities: * Achieve the leasing targets established by General Management. * Attract and retain customers through commercial strategies and personalized service. * Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of service delivery. * Provide customers with detailed information about available spaces for lease and prepare corresponding quotations. * Manage lease closings, coordinate contract signings, and follow up on deposits related to event reservations and cancellations. * Follow up with and support current customers to strengthen their loyalty. * Analyze competition and propose improvements to services offered, aligned with emerging market trends. * Perform other duties assigned by the coordinator, hall manager, sales manager, general management, or executive management.
