At **Tiendas Casa Hogar Import**, we are looking for a **Field Sales Representative** available to travel across Peru to develop new markets. If you enjoy sales, negotiating with clients, and taking on new commercial challenges, this opportunity is for you. Compensation **S/ 1,500 \+ Bonuses \+ Incentives** Requirements ✔ Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development. ✔ Availability for frequent nationwide travel. ✔ Experience acquiring new clients and entering new markets. ✔ Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. ✔ Excellent communication and goal-oriented mindset. ✔ Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic digital tools. Responsibilities ✔ Prospect and acquire new clients in various cities across Peru. ✔ Conduct commercial visits and present the product portfolio. ✔ Develop new markets and strengthen the company’s national presence. ✔ Identify business opportunities and build long-term commercial relationships. ✔ Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and sales closures. ✔ Maintain and retain the customer base. ✔ Achieve established sales targets and performance indicators. ✔ Prepare visit reports, results, and identified opportunities. ✔ Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure efficient service.
