Opportunity for professional growth and career path We are a company specialized in human talent management, currently searching for a **Sampling Operator** for an industrial plant of our client — a company with over 25 years of experience in the **hydrocarbons and biofuels** sector. We seek professionals who are vocation-driven, proactive, and committed to meeting operational and safety standards, and who wish to join a technical team with a continuous improvement mindset. **Requirements:** * Recent graduate or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role (Minimum 3–6 months) * **Prior experience in continuous production companies, mining sector, or hydrocarbons sector is desirable.** * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. * Availability to work rotating shifts in Lurín. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform physicochemical analyses of samples within the hydrocarbons and biofuels sector. * Conduct laboratory tests following technical standards such as **ASTM**, **ISO**, **API**, or other standardized methods. * Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and materials required for analyses. * Record, interpret, and validate laboratory results. * Prepare technical reports and quality certificates. * Verify compliance with fuel quality specifications and other hydrocarbon-derived products. * Coordinate with production, operations, refining, or marketing departments to ensure product quality. **Working Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site — plant located in **Lurín (We do not provide transportation)** * Rotating shifts under **4x3 regime** (4 working days x 3 days off) * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. / 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (Rotating shifts) **Benefits:** * Starting salary of S/1,500 * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * 100% meal coverage during working hours. * Timely payments and stability at a formal plant. * Complete provision of certified PPE. * Active SCTR insurance from day one. * Ongoing technical training. * Opportunity for professional growth and career path. * Safe working environment with an active preventive culture.
