Job Summary: We are seeking a Scaffolder to safely and accurately assemble, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding, following established procedures and reporting maintenance needs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the safe assembly and disassembly of scaffolding 2. Knowledge of reading blueprints and working-at-height procedures 3. We are currently seeking a new talent to fill the position of **SCAFFOLDER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of a technical program in Mechanical Engineering for Metallic Construction or Production Mechanics * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this field or in similar roles * Knowledge of blueprint reading * Driver's license (desirable) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assemble scaffolding on solid and stable ground * Precisely know at which intervals scaffolding must be reinforced * Inspect scaffolding components before commencing assembly * Ensure scaffolding assembly complies with working-at-height procedures * Dismantle scaffolding following established procedures * Guarantee employee and facility safety during scaffolding dismantling * Verify and conduct scaffolding safety tests to minimize unsafe activities * Maintain the worksite in appropriate condition * Safeguard work equipment assigned to you * Comply with HSE personnel instructions regarding scaffolding handling * Report and document maintenance needs related to equipment and tool usage and wear **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Bi-weekly and timely salary payments * Career development path * Excellent working environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Application Question(s): \* Do you agree to be employed under a MYPE payroll? \* Please indicate your salary expectations \* Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima?
