Promote communication and continuous improvement **Job Description** We are currently looking for a **Scrum Master** to lead the implementation of agile practices at one of our key clients. We seek professionals with facilitation skills, effective communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset, committed to developing high-performing teams. In this role, your mission will be to ensure that Scrum principles and practices are implemented effectively, supporting the team in delivering continuous value and ensuring a collaborative and productive environment. Additionally, your main responsibilities in this role will be as follows: * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. * Remove impediments affecting the team’s workflow, ensuring their productivity. * Act as a mentor and coach to the team in adopting agile practices. * Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. * Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives. * Monitor and report performance metrics, such as team velocity and sprint progress. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving initiatives to optimize processes. **Profile** * **Education:** Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or in related roles within agile teams. * **Key Knowledge:** + Proficiency in Scrum and other agile frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe. + Experience using agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. + Skills in managing cross-functional teams and fostering self-organization. + Knowledge of agile metrics and facilitation techniques. + Intermediate-to-advanced English language proficiency. * **Desirable Certifications:** Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent (not mandatory). **About Inetum** We are **Inetum**, a European leader in digital solutions.
