Working on innovative technology projects **Profile** * **Education:** Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar roles within agile teams. * **Key Knowledge:** + Proficiency in Scrum and other agile frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe. + Experience using agile management tools including Azure Boards, Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar. + Skills to manage cross-functional teams and promote self-management. + Knowledge of agile metrics and facilitation techniques. + Intermediate-to-advanced English language proficiency. * **Desirable Certifications:** Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalents (not mandatory). **About Inetum** We are **Inetum**, a European leader in digital solutions.
