





Second Cook with Experience / Comas. Functions: * Prepare food according to planning, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations to guarantee food safety. * Develop the menu or monthly cycle in coordination with the Nutritionist, Logistics Manager, Operations Officer, or any other person designated by AMERICAN CATERING S.A.C. on their behalf. * Produce high-quality dishes following the established menu and meeting the requirements set by company supervision or management, as well as customer demands. * Plan meal presentation to achieve a perfect balance between the dish's appearance and flavor. * Request necessary supplies from the Warehouse Manager or any other responsible person designated by AMERICAN CATERING S.A.C. on their behalf. * Prepare supporting dishes of the corresponding menu and create and prepare à la carte dishes. * Prepare cold dishes, appetizers, soups, and side dishes for the corresponding menu. * Prepare ingredients required for the corresponding menu. * Grill meats according to customer requests, meeting their expectations. * Supervise kitchen assistants in ingredient preparation and personnel assigned to customer service. * Check kitchen supply inventory and generate restocking requests as needed. * Carry out marinating and thawing of products according to the day's sales projections. * Prepare ingredients for the corresponding menu and as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
