Job Summary: We are seeking security agents to control access, monitor operations, and prevent risks, while providing assistance and protecting facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and visitor management 2. Risk situation detection and prevention 3. Assistance to visitors and employees during emergencies We are Outsourcing & Advisor, a leader in Recruitment & Selection services. On behalf of our client — a specialist automobile sales company — we are currently recruiting Security Agents for their headquarters in Surco. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control access and manage visitors. * Report incidents and anomalies. * Continuously monitor operational activities at the assigned branch. * Register visitor information. * Detect and prevent risk situations and suspicious activities. * Provide assistance to visitors and employees during emergencies or other needs. * Monitor and protect facilities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience as a security agent. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Customer service orientation. * Willingness to commute between the Surco and Surquillo branches. * Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. **BENEFITS:** * Salary of S/.1,950\. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Ongoing training in security and customer service. * Job stability.
