Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard to provide security and protect real estate properties by monitoring and overseeing security cameras. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prevention of criminal acts in real estate projects SECURITY GUARD – HUARAL INVENTIVA GRUPO INMOBILIARIO S.A.C., a company dedicated to the real estate sector, is looking for a Security Guard for our projects in Huaral. REQUIREMENTS * 2 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of security and surveillance. * Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, both day and night. * No criminal, police, or judicial records. * Responsibility, commitment, and organization. * Valid driver's license – mandatory. * Residence in Huaral or nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide security for the company's real estate properties and projects in Huaral, safeguarding both movable and immovable assets. * Prevent all types of criminal acts: thefts, robberies, sabotage, violations, and others related to real estate projects. * Inspect and monitor security cameras at the projects, requesting support from municipal security officers and/or the National Police of Peru when necessary. * Conduct nighttime preventive patrol rounds. * Submit daily and weekly incident reports within working hours. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
