Job Summary: A prominent environmental company is seeking a Service Watchman to perform operational tasks, traffic control, driver support, document management, and field monitoring. Driver support and document management A leading environmental company specializing in hazardous waste management is currently seeking a **Service Watchman** to carry out operational duties at various service points and construction sites across Metropolitan Lima. Selected personnel must report directly to their assigned service location each day. Attendance at the plant located in Ventanilla will be required only twice per week for administrative procedures, as well as document delivery and receipt. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and regulate vehicular and pedestrian traffic using appropriate preventive signage during operations. * Provide support to drivers regarding vehicle maneuvering, positioning, and movement. * Prepare, register, and manage documentation related to each service performed. * Conduct follow-up and supervision of field activities. * Promptly report any incidents, observations, or situations occurring during the workday. * Maintain constant coordination with the supervision team. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Familiarity with routes and areas such as Rímac, Miraflores, Barranco, Chorrillos, and Colonial and Venezuela Avenues. * Availability to travel to various locations across Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to perform fieldwork. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Timely biweekly payments. * Mobility coverage for travel between service locations. * Special bonus of S/ 600 in June and November. * Positive work environment.
