Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed cleaning staff for maintenance and sanitation of common areas in a residential building. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily cleaning of common areas: hallways, staircases, elevators, and reception. 2. Reporting of malfunctions or irregular situations in the facilities. 3. Compliance with the building's hygiene, safety, and coexistence regulations. We require responsible and committed cleaning personnel to perform maintenance and sanitation tasks in the common areas of a residential building. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily cleaning of common areas: hallways, staircases, elevators, reception, and parking areas. * Sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors and surfaces. * Cleaning and maintenance of common restrooms. * Proper collection and disposal of waste and garbage. * Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed. * Reporting any malfunctions, damages, or irregular situations in the facilities. * Compliance with the building's hygiene, safety, and coexistence regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in cleaning tasks (preferred). * Punctuality, responsibility, and a positive attitude toward work. * Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner. * Courteous and respectful conduct toward residents, owners, and building staff. **Job Conditions:** * Work location: multi-family residential or office building. * Schedule according to management's roster. * Employment contract compliant with current labor legislation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,250.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
