Join Bravissimo and lead a team committed to excellence! **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate shift operations. * Lead, motivate, and organize the work team. * Ensure excellent customer service. * Prepare food and beverages, ensuring compliance with Bravissimo’s quality standards. * Manage cash register opening and closing procedures. * Supervise compliance with quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. * Monitor supply and inventory of materials and products. * Resolve operational incidents and ensure smooth store operations. * Train staff and monitor performance. * Prepare reports and communicate updates to management. * Support other operational tasks as needed. **Required Profile** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in restaurants, cafés, or fast-food establishments. * Experience leading work teams. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented. * Availability to work rotating shifts according to location. **Available Shifts** **Huaral** * Morning shift: **7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.** * Afternoon shift: **3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.** **Chancay** * Afternoon shift: **3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.** **We Offer** * **Competitive salary.** * Excellent work environment. * Ongoing training. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development. **Apply now and become part of the Bravissimo family!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience as a shift supervisor in the foodservice industry?
