**MOTIVA\-T**, a Child Therapy and Neurodevelopment Center located in Comas, requires the services of: 02 Psychologists specializing in Neurodevelopment and Language

**Essential Requirements**
* **Profile:** Female psychologist aged **24 to 39 years**, with excellent presence and public interaction skills.
* **Education:** Licensed or registered psychologist with specialization, postgraduate diploma, or advanced training in Speech Therapy and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
* **Experience:** Minimum of **two years (1 year demonstrated)** in evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention related to language.
* **Practical Specialization:** Solid and verifiable experience in treatment and behavioral management of children with **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)** and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
**Attitudinal Profile (Essential):**
* A **cheerful, joyful** person with contagious positive energy.
* **Genuine vocation and love for working with children**, capable of naturally establishing visual, gestural, and emotional connections with them.
* Highly empathetic, patient, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills—both with children and their parents.
**Location:** Reside in **Northern Lima** or nearby areas (with full availability to work onsite in Comas).
**Availability:** Immediate.
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday (mandatory)**
* **Monday:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Part-time)
* **Tuesday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:40 p.m. (Full-time)
* **Lunch break:** 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
**Main Job Responsibilities**
* **Specialized Therapeutic Approach**
* Design and implement personalized communication and language intervention plans for children with ASD and developmental delays.
* Apply structured methodologies (visual supports, pictograms) and behavior management techniques during emotional dysregulation episodes in the therapy room.
* Provide guidance, supportive strategies, and empathetic emotional support to parents at the end of each session.
* Complete daily progress notes, prepare detailed therapeutic reports, and update each child’s clinical file.

Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month
