




Position Summary: SSOMA Supervisor to ensure occupational safety and health in highway drilling and blasting projects. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for safety training for all personnel. 2. Conducts safety and environmental inspections and monitoring. 3. Manages risk management tools such as IPERC and PETS. Corporación Grupo Sur del Perú is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for highway DRILLING AND BLASTING work. FUNCTIONS: \- Deliver specific safety training to all administrative and operational personnel. \- Conduct field inspections (scheduled and unannounced) of various facilities: offices, warehouses, explosives magazines, vehicles, PPE, tools, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits. \- Conduct evacuation drills for earthquakes, fire suppression, and first aid. \- Perform occupational and environmental monitoring. \- Manage collection of solid waste—reusable, non-reusable, hazardous, and non-hazardous—by the municipality or the Solid Waste Management Service Provider (EPS-RS). \- Implement and monitor compliance with risk control tools: Baseline IPERC, Continuous IPERC, Written Safe Work Procedure (PETS), Job Safety Analysis (ATS), and Written High-Risk Work Permit (PETAR). REQUIREMENTS: \- Degree holder and licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. \- Knowledge of Baseline IPERC, Continuous IPERC, Written Safe Work Procedure (PETS), Job Safety Analysis (ATS), and Written High-Risk Work Permit (PETAR). \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction site and/or similar highway roles within private companies or public-sector entities. \- Availability to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule at the project site. \- Must reside in AREQUIPA. SALARY: S/ 3000.00 Payroll from day one. Position Type: Full-time, Contract-based. Contract Duration: 3 months. Salary: Up to S/.2,500.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
