Ensures achievement of targets and adherence to established procedures STORE MANAGER **Dulce Comienzo E.I.R.L.** is seeking a **Store Manager** to supervise and ensure the proper operation of our 4 branches. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise staff performance and task execution across the 4 stores. * Conduct periodic visits to verify the proper operation of each branch. * Supervise sales, customer service, cash handling, inventory, organization, and cleanliness. * Monitor progress toward targets and compliance with established procedures. * Identify incidents and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions. * Prepare reports and communicate results for each branch. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising stores, sales, or similar positions. * Experience leading work teams. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel between the 4 branches. * Leadership, communication, organization, and results orientation * **Interested candidates may send their CV to: \+51 931 567 381 or \+51 959 386 340** Salary: S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
