Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor to lead retail operations, manage inventory and teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a pet-friendly environment. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we are looking for: **STORE SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as store manager, supervisor, or administrator. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Retail sector experience preferred. * Must reside in nearby areas (San Miguel, Jesús María, Breña, Callao). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Oversee store retail operations. * Perform store opening, closing, cash counts, and reconciliation. * Maintain accurate product inventory. * Receive incoming merchandise and control outgoing shipments. * Address customer inquiries, complaints, or grievances. * Support cashier, customer service, and/or product replenishment staff. * Place weekly merchandise orders to meet point-of-sale demand. * Ensure proper display of promotions and products at point-of-sale locations. * Supervise assigned staff and submit reports to the Human Resources Coordinator. * Motivate staff to meet sales targets. * Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at point-of-sale locations and their respective warehouses. * Handle store inspections and report to headquarters. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment under microenterprise payroll (SIS + 15 days of vacation) * Salary: S/. 1600 * Monthly performance bonus of up to S/. 800 at 100% achievement * 50% bonus in July and December * Fixed Sunday rest starting from the 4th month * Dynamic and pet-friendly team * Decision-making ability * Working hours: Monday to Sunday (rotating days off) * Shift schedule: 8 AM to 9 PM (48 weekly hours in rotating 8-hour shifts) Join our pet-loving team and showcase your talent with us.
