Promotes leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork. **STRUCTURAL SPECIALIST** CEMOSA is currently seeking a professional for the position of **Structural Specialist**. Requirements: **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineer (or equivalent in the candidate's country of origin). * Registered and licensed in Peru. **Specific Experience:** * Minimum twenty-four (24\) months of experience as a structural specialist in: preparation and/or supervision of final studies or technical files; and/or execution and/or supervision of construction works. The experience must pertain to drinking water and/or sanitation projects. * Participation in at least two (02\) construction supervision projects involving sanitary sewer infrastructure and/or Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs), with an investment amount equal to or greater than S/ 350 million. Competencies: * Leadership and management capability. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
