Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Assistant Accountant to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, guarantee the reliability of financial information, and support business decision-making. Analyze financial information and prepare reports We are seeking a responsible Assistant Accountant to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as the reliability of financial information, thereby supporting business decision-making. Main Responsibilities: \- Prepare and submit financial statements in accordance with applicable standards (IFRS). \- Supervise and control financial operations and fixed asset management. \- Perform and validate bank and accounting reconciliations periodically. \- Analyze financial information and prepare reports for senior management. \- Supervise processes and the submission of sworn declarations. \- Provide accounting and financial support to the corporate group. \- Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, AFP, ESSALUD, among others). Requirements: \- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. \- Minimum of 8 years of experience. \- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and Peruvian tax legislation. \- Experience managing tax obligations: VAT, Income Tax. \- Experience preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis. \- Knowledge of sworn declarations and tax audits. \- Familiarity with financial instruments. \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. \- Experience with SIIGO ERP (desirable).
