Currently, we are seeking a **Sales Supervisor** with experience in the financial sector, leadership skills, and goal-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and monitor monthly sales forecasts and targets, verifying weekly and daily progress of the commercial team. * Train the team and ensure compliance with financial product policies and guidelines. * Plan, organize, and supervise the daily activities of sales executives. * Design and implement training and development strategies for the sales force. * Provide commercial support, guidance, and advisory services to achieve established objectives. * Monitor performance indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commercial Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, or Field Supervisor in the financial sector (mandatory). * Experience in payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll discount loans. * Experience managing and leading commercial teams. * Knowledge of commercial processes and sales techniques. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Organized, analytical, proactive individual with leadership abilities and strong communication skills. **Benefits** * Career development plan and growth path within the financial sector. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment. * Unlimited commissions. * On-site work modality.
