Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Engineer or Specialist to supervise rack installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safety supervision for rack installation projects 2. Preparation and verification of IPERC, ATS, and high-risk work permits 3. Incident investigation and emergency support We are looking for an SSOMA Engineer or Specialist to supervise rack installation projects and ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental standards. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor, SOMA Engineer, or Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist. * Diploma or specialization in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or SSOMA. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR. * Experience preparing IPERC, ATS, and PETAR. * Experience supervising work at height, hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, excavations, and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout). * Knowledge of inspections, incident investigation, emergency response, first aid, fire extinguishers, and waste management. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability to work on-site in Lurín. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise SSOMA activities during field rack installation. * Prepare and verify IPERC, ATS, and high-risk work permits. * Conduct scheduled and unannounced safety inspections. * Deliver safety inductions and five-minute safety talks. * Report unsafe acts and conditions. * Support incident and accident investigations. * Prepare weekly and monthly safety and environmental reports. * Provide emergency response support and coordinate emergency brigades. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, ArcGIS, ergonomics tools, and intermediate English will be valued. Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
