




Job Summary: We are seeking a key role to ensure the proper operation, monitoring, and sales control of our sports betting venues, managing operations and optimizing team performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operation and sales control of the betting venues. 2. Supervise daily operations and manage sales and incident reports. 3. Evaluate team performance and suggest continuous improvements. We are a rapidly growing company in the sports betting sector, committed to delivering a safe and dynamic experience to our users. **Job Objective** This position is a critical component in ensuring the proper operation, monitoring of our operators, and sales control across all our venues. **Responsibilities:** * **Monitoring and Control:** Supervise the daily operations of the venues, promptly identifying and resolving any technical or administrative issues that arise. * **Report Management:** Review, analyze, and consolidate daily sales and incident reports submitted by operators. * **Supply Management:** Prepare and submit reports to management regarding overall venue operations, ensuring venues have all necessary resources to operate optimally. * **Continuous Improvement:** Evaluate operator team performance and recommend corrective actions, training, or improvement plans to ensure achievement of business objectives. * Other duties assigned by management.
