Job Summary: We are seeking a Surgical Nursing Technician to assist nurses, care for patients, and maintain material inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the reception of post-operative patients and placement of drains 2. Attend to patients' basic needs and record diuresis 3. Maintain inventory of materials and supplies in the department ***Providencia Clinic*** is looking for top talent for the position of ***Surgical Nursing Technician***. ***Requirements:*** * Certified Nursing Technician (mandatory) * Minimum two (02\) years of professional experience working in a surgical center department. * Availability to work 150 hours per month on a 24-hour shift every 4 days * Availability to work in San Miguel. ***Responsibilities:*** * Receive verbal handover from circulating nursing technicians. * Report events and incidents compromising patient safety. * Assist the recovery nurse during reception of post\-operative patients. * Place drains (nasogastric tube, urinary catheter, chest drains, and others) at the designated site. * Attend to patients' basic needs (urination, comfort, well-being, etc.). * Measure and record diuresis on a dedicated form. * Prepare recovery stretchers according to patients' surgical procedures.\- Maintain adequate stock of materials and supplies used in the department and inform the department nurse of required items for your work area. * Assist the department nurse in conducting the monthly department inventory. * Use materials and equipment responsibly. ***Benefits:*** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Direct payroll enrollment. * Discounts on clinical services for you and your immediate family members.
