Our essence lies in being more than a supplier—we are a strategic partner in both private and public healthcare sectors. **Job Objective** To provide technical and administrative support to the Technical Directorate, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), current health regulations, and internal quality procedures through technical documentation control, sanitary registration tracking, document management, and support during inspections and audits—thereby contributing to guaranteeing the quality, safety, traceability, and availability of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and health products marketed by the company. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry * Valid professional license and registration * Two years of experience in this position * Accredited training in Good Storage Practices (GSP) and applicable health regulations (preferred) * Knowledge of regulatory affairs in Quality Management Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Technovigilance, or Risk Management (preferred) * Proven experience in pharmaceutical establishments (pharmacies, laboratories) * Experience in evaluating and managing risks related to product quality, safety, and performance * Availability to support the Technical Director at DIGEMID **Responsibilities** * Monitor that product storage and distribution comply with current health regulations and applicable Good Practices * Maintain and ensure compliance with the company’s implemented Quality Management System, where applicable * Support conditions for product receipt, storage, preservation, distribution, and transportation * Verify that marketed products possess valid health documentation and meet applicable regulatory requirements * Control and supervise products under observation, rejected, expired, deteriorated, returned, or subject to market withdrawal * Keep technical documentation up to date * Maintain technical and health records required by current regulations * Promptly inform the Technical Director of any situation that may affect product quality, safety, or performance * Responsible for pharmacovigilance **Competencies** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage time and handle performance indicators * Ability to work collaboratively and foster communication spaces * Synthesis ability and results orientation * Ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives * Proactivity, capacity for learning, and customer orientation **Benefits and Working Conditions** * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * 100% on-site work * Main office location: Magdalena del Mar * General labor regime * Health insurance plan (EPS base plan covering 70% of the primary insured) **Applicants** * Submit an updated CV * Indicate salary expectations (S/.) * Specify availability Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
