




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Management Assistant to verify regulatory compliance, maintain quality standards, and support document management in a pharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices. 2. Keep warehouse resolutions and documentation up to date. 3. Support the reception of DIGEMID inspectors' visits. A pharmaceutical company located in Chorrillos is seeking qualified personnel to fill the position of TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT with the following experience: REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed and registered Pharmacist-Chemist in Lima. * Availability for shift work from Monday to Saturday. * Preferred (but not mandatory): two years of professional experience with knowledge of GSP and current regulations; one year of experience in pharmacies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution and Transportation Practices (GDP&T). * Maintain updated authorization resolutions for warehouse modifications, expansions, and other procedures; keep the archive orderly. * Verify maintenance of the company's quality system at each stage of storage and distribution processes. * Keep updated all documents related to maintenance of facilities, equipment, and vehicles. * Verify that staff training is conducted according to the established schedule. * Verify that product dispatch occurs under conditions ensuring preservation of product quality, as well as supporting documentation. * Prepare and review auditable documents (Manual, SOPs, instructions, forms) when required. * Support the reception of DIGEMID inspectors' visits during both unannounced and scheduled inspections. * Perform tasks assigned by the Technical Director. * Manage technical and quality information for all stored and marketed products. * Ensure the storage process guarantees preservation and quality of marketed products. * Actively participate, as applicable, in product market withdrawal procedures. * Verify and keep updated all documents (e.g., Certificates of Analysis and Sanitary Registrations), whether physical or virtual, for marketed products. COMPETENCIES: * Certified knowledge of GSP, GDP&T, GPP, and DIGEMID regulations. * Certified knowledge of Pharmacovigilance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate \- Advanced) Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
