Excellent assertive communication skills, patience, and warmth in interpersonal interactions At the **Stella Association**, part of the renowned La Salle congregation, we are currently seeking a **Technical Nurse**. **Requirements:** * Nursing Technician qualification. * Minimum prior experience: 1 year. * Courses, diplomas, or certification in Geriatrics and/or Elderly Care. (Desirable) * Excellent assertive communication skills, patience, interpersonal warmth, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Availability to work in the San Miguel district. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and recording vital signs. * Assisting with patient hygiene and comfort. * Performing postural changes every 2 hours. * Supporting feeding and ambulation. * Promoting assisted passive and active mobility. * Providing continuous orientation regarding time, place, and person. * Implementing patient safety measures. * Adhering to prescribed medical treatment plans. * Other related duties. **We Offer:** * RXH employment modality * Availability to work rotating shifts * Monthly salary payment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
