Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to perform maintenance, configuration, and user support tasks, ensuring optimal operation of the company's equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Computer and network equipment maintenance and configuration. 2. Technological inventory management and user support. 3. Preparation of technical support reports. A Peruvian company engaged in fuel sales is currently seeking: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical or university-level education in Information Technology or related fields qualifying the candidate for support functions. \- Experience in server configuration. \- Experience in network solution configuration. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced). \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical support specialist. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment. \- Physical inventory control and control of all systems. \- Configuration and registration of the Biometric Clock for attendance tracking. \- Configuration, cleaning, and maintenance of computers and projectors in good working condition. \- Operation of security cameras. \- Prompt and effective assistance to all staff requesting support. \- Compliance with organizational policies and core values. \- Management and execution of network and telephony installation tasks (network equipment configuration, cabling installation, etc.). \- User assistance with Internet tools, office software, and company-specific software. \- Timely support and response to supervisor requests. \- Prompt handling and response to user requests (via phone, chat, email, or helpdesk web portal). \- Maintenance and proper control of all institutional technological resources. \- Preparation and documentation of technical support reports. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. \- Career development path. \- Market-competitive remuneration. ***\- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you willing to work Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM? * Do you have experience in this position?
