REQUIREMENTS: * Professional with completed technical or university studies in technical support, computing and informatics, networks and communications, Systems Engineering, or related fields (EXCLUSIVELY). * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role, including internships in computer equipment maintenance and technical support. * Knowledge of databases, Power BI, networks, and communications. * Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in Puente Piedra from Monday to Sunday / Midweek day off (preference for candidates residing in nearby areas). * Availability to work 48 hours per week and on holidays and Sundays in Surco\-Monterrico. * PROACTIVE individual with strong communication skills, DYNAMIC, values-driven, and highly motivated to work. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide technical support to company users. * Assist with programming tasks. * Prepare incident reports for applications and equipment. * Collect, clean, analyze, and manage data to generate insights supporting decision-making. * Design and maintain interactive and effective dashboards using Power BI. * Create reports and automate tasks in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
