**Topographer for Construction – Cañete** **Job Description** A company in the construction sector is seeking a **Topographer** to join the construction team in the city of **Cañete**. **Position Requirements** * Graduated in **Civil Engineering** or **Technical Surveying Programs**. * Minimum general experience of **2 to 3 years in building construction projects** (educational centers, health centers, community buildings, hospitals, among others). * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **MS Office**. * Intermediate to advanced skills in **Civil 3D**. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of **AutoCAD**. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of **quantity takeoffs in building construction**. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **layout and site marking** on-site. * Conduct **general topographic surveys**. * Prepare and document topographic survey results in drawings. * Generate **excavation and fill volume calculations** for valuation and engineering purposes using **Civil 3D**. **Equipment Required for the Position** * Surveying level * Total station **Work Location** Cañete Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.6,500.00 - S/.7,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
