Job Summary: A Social Work professional responsible for managing procedures, insurance, staff guidance, contributing to occupational safety and health, and executing corporate events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procedures at Essalud and handle employee insurance. 2. Guide staff on insurance matters and contribute to occupational safety. 3. Monitor social cases and execute corporate events. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Social Work. · Knowledge of corporate social responsibility, labor legislation, and both social security and occupational health and safety. Responsibilities: · Manage procedures at Essalud (e.g., subsidy recovery, registrations, maternity leave, etc.). · Handle employee insurance: administer EPS, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law coverage. · Guide staff regarding insurance (SCTR, EPS, Life Insurance Law). · Contribute to ensuring occupational safety and health standards. · Monitor social cases. · Support implementation of the training plan with topics relevant to this area. · Execute company events (Employee Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day celebrations, Christmas parties, and others).
