Job stability in a production role We are a small family-owned business currently looking for a worker willing to take on the PRODUCTION position in the district of Surquillo. **Education**: Completed secondary education; must be willing to learn and work efficiently. **Schedule**: From 11 PM until job completion — 7 AM (continuous shift) **Salary**: S/.1,500.00 monthly for the first month; S/.1,700.00 starting from the second month Payment via service fee receipt **BENEFITS:** \* Training sessions \* Higher salary starting from the second month \* Job stability **Job Description:** \* Select merchandise and pack it correctly into bags \* Perform general cleaning of the area and restrooms \* Wash potatoes and crates \* Clean herbs and onions \* Complete all assigned tasks by the designated time \* Shell peas and fava beans \* Clean and sort products \* Ability to lift weights (up to 20 kg) \* Must reside in Surquillo or nearby areas \* Teamwork capability \* Other related duties Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 — S/.1,700.00 per month Location: * Surquillo, Lima (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
